Job Description

SoftPro has an opening for a Document Specialist in our Raleigh, NC office.​  In this position you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality real estate documents for the SoftPro suite of products for our clients.​  This is a great opportunity for Real Estate Paralegals or experienced Title Insurance Professionals looking for a change!

Job Requirements

The requirements of this position are:

  • A thorough understanding of the documents used in the Real Estate Closing and Title Insurance industry are required.​
  • Must have real estate industry experience and a vast knowledge of closing documents specializing in HUD preparation.​
  • Superior MS Word skills creating complex documents utilizing the Mail Merge and/​or Tables features.​
  • Superior Excel experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail, as well as strong typing and Windows navigation skills are a must.​
  • Strong customer service skills and able to work in a team environment.​
  • 15%​ US travel is required.​

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or Associates degree, or two to five years related experience and/​or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.​
